PAYMENT DETAILS

⏂ Short term rent : TWD$100,000/month( Inclusive of 10% service fee / exclusive of tax ). 

⏂ Pay electricity fee TWD$4.5/kwh (June ~Aug :TWD$5.5/kwh)

⏂ The max. persons. is 4 persons.

⏂ The payment for long term rental is provided upon require
