Dear customers,

Thank you for choosing to stay this apartment.

Below are some details you need to know as you live here.

Please take off the shoes as you walk in and wear slippers due to take care of the floor indoor.
The guards are on duty for 24 hours.
Please only take the mail which is under your name from the mailbox at mail room and only sign the package is under your name from the front desk.

Public facilities:

You can go to use swimming pool, gym , yoga room ( on the roof top), please follow timetable and opening time. Swimming pool only opens in summer time, actually opening time is according to the building management notice.
If you want to use yoga room and KTV room, please register at the front desk first, then get the key.
Meeting area ( 3F) have FREE Wifi, please get the password from the front desk.
Mailbox is at 3F.

Garbage issue:

Please use normal garbage bag to collect garbage and put it in the garbage place @1F , the cleaner will pick it up.
As you walk out of the door next to the elevators @1F, you will see the garage space, you need to use the security card to swipe the system, then open the door.
For recycling garbage ♻️, please separate it and put in the normal bag, e.g. paper, can, bottle, plastics bag.

Service :

Housekeeping service:

Extra housekeeping is provided as you need, just request, then we will arrange it. Please see price details on our website.
Pick up service (airport ←→ the apartment): 7 passenger car :NT$1,500.
If you need a rice cooker, a blender, a coffee machine, scale and an iron, please request to have it.
We hope you stay well and enjoy life in Taipei. But if you feel not well such like got a cold, need medical advice or information, you can contact us, we are willing to help you giving you professional information or hospital information near your home. Stay Safety!
If you feel really not well or have emergency issue, please call 119 for an ambulance, or you can contact us, we can arrange that for this emergency issue.

Food / Grocery Delivery:

If you use Uber Eats or Foodpanda to order the food or groceries, the delivery staff will put your order stuffs at front desk, you need to go downstairs to pick those up by yourself.

During typhoon period, Food delivery service (Uber Eats /Foodpanda) will stop the service according to government policy.

How to Pick up online orders :

1.Pick up online orders in convenient store

2.Pick up online orders at the front desk and only take the package is under your name .

Apartment maintain issue & note:

Please clean the surface of electricity stove, after you use it every time, especially the soup or sauce drop on the surface in order to keep electricity stove in good condition.
Please don’t open the cover of toilet water box due to it’s special design, so need professional worker to open it. If you open it by yourself and break the material inside, the fee will be TWD$5,000 for replace new one.
As you open the window, please also use the screen to avoid mosquito or bugs flying in especially at night.
We invite you to join us to love our environment, please use what we provide eco style stuffs, e.g.: detergent and dish cleanser. About detergent, it’s concentrate and low foam for that combo, please use properly, if you run out of it, please buy the same brand in order to let the washer work well.
When using the microwave, avoid using other electrical appliances on the extension cord at the same time.
If any facilities has problem in the apartment, please contact us directly.

Other Notes:

As you check out, please clean the apartment and throw the garbage. If you don’t have time to clean it, please pay cleaning fee TWD$600.
Please don’t take towels, kitchen ware and tableware what we provide as you check out. If it happens, we will still deduct it from the deposit as well and keep our rights for law.
Please keep voice down to avoid making noise to bother neighbors during your stay.
No Pet & No Smoking in the apartment and in the building.
As stay as a resident, please follow the policies from building management team.

TV:

1.Open the TV by pressing red power .Usually only press this button to open the TV. If the MOD machine is not splash with light , press the MOD power button (on the top -left side ) to open it .

Note:

Turn on A/C power
Choose the temperature by press button " UP" or "DOWN" It's better to keep temperature between"24~26".
If the temperature is more lower, cost electricity more
In winter time , the weather is more humid, so it's better to press function to "Avoid humid bit 除濕"function once a week.
If you want to use the heating mode ,press the mode function and choose the 🌞 .

Wash:

Press "power" - choose the" mode "you want "and rotate to the number you choose -press" start".
Quick wash & Dry: press "power" - rotate to the number 4 or 5 -press" start".
if you wash other kind of material clothes, just choose which material you have .
As the washer start operation, you need to wait whole process to finish, then the door will unlock automatically

Dryer:

Press "power" -rotate to the number 15 -press" start".
As the dryer starts the operation, you need to wait whole process to finish, then the door will unlock automatically.
If you need to stop dryer during dry process, you just turn off the power, then wait few mins, then the door will unlock automatically, please note if the temperature is high inside, then will take more time to open the door.
As dry please note put clothes in half load in order to have more space to dry clothes, the dyer can work well.
